1. Lower Heights Residence *
Houston, Built 2024
Concept: Separate entry living room and dining room space into an office and dining room using custom millwork. Preserve all trim work. New paint scheme and lighting fixtures.
Four custom millwork elements were designed:
- Double Sided Desk
- Room Divider
- Side Board behind desk (Dining and glassware storage on one side, bookcase and file storage on office side.

Concept: Media console/bookcase in loft space, large amount of wall space with built in to balance and focus the spac
3. Briar Forest Residence *
Houston, Built 2024
Concept: Wall to wall built in around existing windows. Shutters for windows built in to open and store at 45 deg. angle into built in. Hidden shelving lie behind the shutters while in stored position. Large trimwork to reference classical proportions while using plain trim to keep from feeling ornate.
4. Briar Forest Residence *
Houston, Built 2024
Concept: Dining room side board. Storage for dishware and glassware and visual anchor in space to bring focus to dining room area.
5. Retail Area @ Agnes Cafe *
Houston, Built 2021
Concept: Design custom millwork and space plan for retail area of existing cafe space. Fully rendered in solid white oak, this area was built to grow with the ever changing product mix of the retail area.
